Sites, not just addresses
A trade account has many job sites, each with its own contact, instructions and access notes. Deliveries go to the site; the invoice goes to the account.
Vehicle constraints in the plan
Crane trucks, flatbeds and utes have capacities and limits. Sequencing and capacity respect them, so the dispatcher isn't the only person who knows what fits.
Credit terms and holds that act
Terms, limits and automatic holds are on the account. An account on hold cannot quietly get a truck routed to it.
