Returnables

Out at the door, back at the door. The balance is derived.

Crates, bottles, cylinders, kegs, pallets, linen bags. Every movement is a signed entry against the customer, recorded by the driver as part of the stop. The balance is worked out from the entries, never typed over.

Morning, Priya.

This phone is linked to Van 2. No password; the office issued the link.

Prototype Tap through it. The signature pad is real.

01

Container types

Each returnable is a type with a deposit or a hire rate. Tenants define their own: cages, trolleys, pallets, whatever goes out and must come back.

02

Movements and derived balances

Movements are append-only. A correction is a compensating movement with a reason, so the history is always the truth and the balance is always its sum.

03

At the door and in the portal

The driver counts out and in on the same screen as the proof. The customer sees their balance in the portal and on their statement.

04

Deposits and tax

Deposit lines and GST treatment come from the movement, so the invoice is right without a second system.

Where this matters most

The same module, in your trade.

See how returnables shows up on a normal morning in the trades boXe is built for.

The demo

Send us yesterday's order email and a run sheet.
We'll show you that day in boXe.

Your orders, your customers and your runs, walked through end to end on a call.
