What matters here
Three things built in from the start.
Returnables ledger per customer
Cylinders, bottles and cages are container types with a deposit. Out at the door, back at the door, balance derived. The customer sees it in the portal.
Deposits and GST, handled
Deposit lines, GST treatment and tax invoices come out right because the returnables movement and the invoice are the same record.
Recurring runs as templates
Fortnightly route customers are standing orders on a run template. Tomorrow builds itself; the office handles the exceptions.
Release 3 A Water, gas and ice pack is on the roadmap as configuration on the same product. It is not shipped.
